Stephanie Solarte-Amaya, Paralegal to Demetrios Pikrallidas

Born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, Stephanie speaks and reads Spanish fluently. She attended Fairfax High School and graduated in 1999 with an Advanced Studies Diploma. Stephanie then attended Northern Virginia Community College, where she is pursuing an associate's degree in Information Technology with a Network Engineering specialization.

Stephanie joined Pikrallidas & Associates on February 14, 2000 as a receptionist. In 2003 she began working directly for Demetrios Pikrallidas, assisting him with personal injury cases, business transactions, and corporate and limited liability company formations.

In 2007, Stephanie attended the Paralegal Institute of Washington, D.C. and obtained her Paralegal Certificate. She is also a Notary Public for the State of Virginia.

Ana Araos, Paralegal

Ana AraosAna Araos joined Pikrallidas & Associates in August, 2014 and is currently an Immigration Paralegal working directly with the firm’s attorneys in the preparation and filing Immigrant and Non-immigrant visas. Her extensive experience is in the areas of naturalization, family-based petitions, consular process, employment based petitions, and labor certifications. Ana is fluent in the Spanish language and has over 12 years of experience handling immigration law.

Prior to her employment with Pikrallidas & Associates she worked with a large, Northern Virginia Law Firm as an immigration Paralegal.

She is also a Notary Public for the State of Virginia.

Doug Pierson

After graduating from Lafayette College in 1969, Mr. Pierson earned his Doctor of Law degree from the George Washington University Law School, cum laude, in 1972. He is a legal assistant; litigation strategist; and litigation support specialist for the office. He is the proud father of five exceptional women and the proud grandfather of six brilliant grandchildren.
