Julie Kensky grew up in Oakton, Virginia and attended Oakton High School and James Madison University. She graduated from JMU in 1995 with a Bachelors’ of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish. After graduation, Julie was an Environmental Educator at the Wildlife Center of Virginia in the Shenandoah Valley. In 1998, Julie returned to the Northern Virginia area and worked at a patent law firm as a Biotechnology Technical Advisor. While there, Julie piloted the first electronic filing system with the US Patent and Trademark Office, becoming the first to file an electronic patent application.

After taking time off from work to raise her two children, Julie joined Pikrallidas | Probasco in 2018. She assists with Criminal and Traffic Defense cases, Family Law, Probate of Estates and Trusts, and Personal Injury cases. Julie strives every day to help our clients in their time of need and provide excellent customer service.

In her spare time, Julie enjoys camping, hiking, kayaking, and bird watching.
