Ryan Probasco was born and raised in Arlington, Virginia. He received his B.A. Degree in Political Science and History, with honors, from Virginia Tech. Ryan attended American University Washington College of Law beginning in 2010, was a member of the American University Law Review, and graduated with honors. While in law school, Ryan began interning as a law clerk for Pikrallidas & Associates in the summer of 2011, and joined the firm as an associate upon passing the Virginia bar exam in October of 2013. After successfully litigating and trying an innumerable amount of cases in personal injury, commercial litigation, landlord tenant disputes, and criminal defense he became a partner in the firm.

At Pikrallidas & Probasco, Ryan’s practice is focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and commercial litigation. He regularly represents plaintiffs in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia seeking to recover for their injuries resulting from car accidents, falling merchandise, and the negligent maintenance of premises. He has experience trying cases all over the state of Virginia including in its federal courts.

Besides his civil practice, Ryan also routinely represents people facing criminal charges. Ryan has experience litigating a wide range of misdemeanor and felony cases and routinely represents persons accused of driving while intoxicated or reckless driving in courts throughout Virginia.

Ryan is a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Fairfax Bar Association, and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Ryan is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and California. Ryan is also licensed to appear before the United States Court for the Eastern and Western District of Virginia. Ryan truly enjoys working closely with clients and tries his best to zealously represent his client’s interest to the fullest extent possible. 

In his free time, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing tennis, lifting weights, and debating the law with anyone who will listen.
